What to write to us about

A bug: something does not work, looks wrong or gives a wrong result.
An idea: a tool you would like to see, or an option that is missing from an existing tool.
A correction: wording on a page or in a guide that is wrong or unclear.
A privacy question: how a tool handles your files, or what is stored in your browser.

Reporting a bug

To help us fix a problem quickly, please include:

The page address (URL) and the tool name.
Your browser and device, for example “Chrome 130 on Android”.
What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
If possible, a sample file that shows the problem — only if it contains nothing private.

Please do not send

Passwords, personal documents or anything confidential. The tools never need them to be sent to us, and we do not need them to investigate a bug.

What to expect

We read the messages we receive and fix confirmed problems when we can. We cannot promise a reply time or build every suggested tool, and we cannot recover a file for you, because your files never reach us.
