Privacy Policy
Short version: your files and text are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us. A few preferences are saved in your browser’s local storage. We use Google Analytics to count visits, as explained below.

Files and text you use in the tools
All tools run in your browser. Images, PDFs, documents, passwords and text you enter are processed on your device and are not sent to our servers. We have no server-side code that could receive them. When you close or reload the page, the data is gone unless you downloaded a result.
What is stored in your browser
The site itself uses your browser’s localStorage (not cookies) for these keys. Google Analytics, described below, sets its own cookies. You can clear the keys at any time in your browser settings; the site works without them.
- qmo.favorites.v1 — the tools you pinned as favourites.
- qmo.recent.v1 — the tools you opened recently, shown in search.
- qmo.usage.v1 — a local count of how often you opened each tool, used only to order your own “recent” list. It never leaves your device.
- qmo.theme — your light/dark theme choice.
- qmo.lang — your preferred language.
- qmo.consent.v1 — your privacy and cookie notice preference.
- qmo.planner.v1 — posts you add to the Content Planner, only if you use that tool.
No other tool stores what you type or upload.
Camera access
The QR Code Reader can use your camera only after you press “Use camera” and grant permission. Video frames are analysed in the page to find a QR code and are not recorded or sent anywhere. The camera stops when you press Stop or leave the page.
Content loaded from other websites
The Open Graph Preview, Twitter / X Card Preview and Social Post Preview tools display an image if you enter an image URL. Your browser then loads that image directly from the website you entered, which can see your IP address like any normal visit. Apart from Google Analytics (see below), no other tool loads content from third parties.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse. See Cloudflare’s own privacy policy for details.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand how many people visit the site and which pages and tools are used. When you open a page, Google’s script loads from Google and sets cookies in your browser. It sends Google the page address and title, standard browser and device details, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. The files, text and passwords you use in the tools are not sent to Google Analytics, because the tools process them in your browser.
To opt out, you can use Google’s browser add-on for opting out of Google Analytics, turn on your browser’s tracking protection, or use a content blocker; the tools work the same without analytics. Google’s own privacy policy explains how Google handles this data.
Advertising
We work with Google AdSense to serve advertising that supports the operation of this free service. Google and its third-party advertising partners use cookies and device identifiers to serve and measure ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You may manage or opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com) or www.aboutads.info. Ads are always clearly labelled and kept strictly separate from tool inputs, processing, and download buttons. For details, see our advertising policy.
Children
The site is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
