Frequently asked questions
Where does the time-zone data come from?
From the IANA time-zone database built into your browser (through the Intl API). Keep your browser updated for recent rule changes.
What about times that do not exist?
When clocks jump forward, a local time can be skipped. The converter then uses the next valid time and tells you.
