CSV Cleaner
Exports from spreadsheets and CRMs often contain stray spaces, blank rows, duplicates and the wrong separator. Fix them without opening a spreadsheet, and keep the data on your device.
Runs entirely in your browser. Your input and files are not uploaded to any server.
How to use
- Open a CSV file or paste CSV text. The delimiter is detected automatically.
- Choose the clean-ups you need.
- Check the preview table and the summary.
- Download the cleaned CSV with the delimiter you choose.
Examples
Detected “;” → output with “,” for tools that expect commas.
Common problems this tool fixes
CSV files exported from spreadsheets, CRMs and online shops often arrive with trailing spaces, empty rows, repeated records or a semicolon where your software expects a comma. Cleaning them first prevents failed imports and duplicate contacts.
Work on a copy of your data and read the summary and preview before you download. Then open the result in your spreadsheet program to confirm that names, dates and leading zeros look right, because spreadsheet programs can reformat values when they open a CSV.
Privacy
Your files and text stay in your browser while you use this tool, and ads or anonymous visit statistics do not receive them. Only your favorites and recent tools are saved on your device. Privacy policy

Frequently asked questions
Are quoted fields with commas handled?
Yes. The parser follows RFC 4180: quoted fields can contain delimiters, quotes ("") and line breaks.
Is there a size limit?
Files up to 50 MB can be processed, but the preview shows only the first 100 rows.
